1.加载所有的配置文件

2.配置spring监听

<listener>
<listener-class>org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener</listener-class>

ContextLoaderListener的作用就是启动Web容器时，自动装配ApplicationContext的配置信息。因为它实现了ServletContextListener这个接口，在web.xml配置这个监听器，启动容器时，就会默认执行它实现的方法。至于ApplicationContext.xml这个配置文件部署在哪，如何配置多个xml文件，书上都没怎么详细说明。现在的方法就是查看它的API文档。在ContextLoaderListener中关联了ContextLoader这个类，所以整个加载配置过程由ContextLoader来完成。

3.配置springMVC

4.配置字符集

通过类org.springframework.web.filter.CharacterEncodingFilter，定义request和response的编码。

CharacterEncodingFilter类具有encoding和forceEncoding两个属性，其中encoding是表示设置request的编码，forceEncoding表示是否同时设置response的编码。

5.配置session

OpenSessionInViewFilter的主要功能是用来把一个Hibernate Session和一次完整的请求过程对应的线程相绑定。Open Session In View在request把session绑定到当前thread期间一直保持hibernate session在open状态，使session在request的整个期间都可以使用，如在View层里PO也可以lazy loading数据，如 ${ company.employees }。当View 层逻辑完成后，才会通过Filter的doFilter方法或Interceptor的postHandle方法自动关闭session。
