错误描述：使用anaconda安装第三方包时报错：SSLError（…） CondaHTTPError: Caused by SSLError("Can’t connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available)
解决方法：重新安装Anaconda，并按照https://blog.youkuaiyun.com/submarineas/article/details/91142067的建议重新配置，问题得到成功解决，感谢此博文作者。
