2、What is FMEA? What is its purpose?

 

Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is methodology for analyzing potential reliability problems early in the development cycle where it is easier to take actions to overcome these issues, thereby enhancing reliability through design.

 

FMEA is used to identify potential failure modes, determine their effect on the operation of the product, and identify actions to mitigate the failures.

 

3、Have your heard about the ISO 9000/9001 standard series? What does it stand for?

As geographic barriers between countries deteriorate with the continued evolution of the

Internet, ISO 9000/9001 may be one of the largest differentiators between you and your competitors. Already, ISO 9000/9001 plays a key role in winning new customers, maintaining satisfied current customers, accessing foreign countries and dealing with the government.

 

The ISO 9000 standards are produced by an international consensus of countries with the aim of creating global standards of product and service quality. These sets of standards form a quality management system and are applicable to any organization regardless of product, service, organizational size, or whether it's a public or private company.

 

And the ISO 9001 sets out the requirements for an organization whose business processes range all the way from design and development, to production, installation and servicing;

 

4、In respect of Medical Devices development, what would you think is important in respect of customer expectations, business and regulatory requirements?

 

In respect of Medical Devices development, i think customer expectations is more important than business and regulatory requirements.Because your success rests on the quality of your service. You must do more than just meet customer expectations, you must exceed them.

Anyway,Customer focus is a key component of effective facilities management. Customer feedback is often used to build positive relationships, drive processes and effect improvements.

 

5What would you think is more important (and why)?

To be cost effective in development expenses is more important than others.

 

For quick development and cost-effectiveness of the links, I think we should look at dialectical. The fast development, on the one hand, will lead to cost increases if the increases unreasonable. Blind investment will cost too much quality, the quality of non-economic costs, which led to the decline in profits; Moreover, if the increase in the cost of reasonable development expenses, through improving the quality of their products and prices will increase products while expanding market share, the profits will naturally increase.

 

Therefore,  i think that enterprises should focus on economic development and control of the production costs to find the balance between efficiency and fast development.
