Manual

Update and return a dictionary representing the current local symbol table. Free variables are returned by locals() when it is called in function blocks, but not in class blocks.

Note The contents of this dictionary should not be modified; changes may not affect the values of local and free variables used by the interpreter.

更新并返回字典形式表述的当前局部符号表。当在函数块内调用时返回自由变量，但在类块中不可以。

注意：返回字典的内容不可以修改，更改可能不会影响到局部和解释器使用的自由变量的值。
