应用 .Net Core 3.1开发环境配置

Windows系统环境下应用Visual Studio开发的系统需求：

• 具有ASP.NET 和 web 开发工作负荷的Visual Studio 2019 16.4 或更高版本

• .NET Core 3.1 SDK 或更高版

1、安装.Net Core 3.1。

2、安装Visual Studio Community 2019（应用.Net Core 3.1官方要求VS版本大于2017）
