问题

• Bonding failover is not happening when cable gets disconnected

决议

• Make sure that Link Monitoring Mode is configured for the bond interface. Either miimon or arp_interval parameters need to be configured in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-bondX file.
  More details can be found here.

根源

• Configuring a bond without a link monitoring mode is not a valid use of the bonding driver.
