问题

  • How to confirm if the file system is mounted read-only?

决议

One way to confirm if the file system is read-only is to check the mount status in /proc/mounts, as follows.

Raw

 # cat /proc/mounts
   /dev/root / ext3 ro,data=ordered 0 0

It is also recommended to try writing and check the operation of your application as well.

根源

Sometimes the output of the mount command will not accurately reflect the status of the filesystem. /proc/mounts should be used over the mount command, as mount pulls details from /etc/mtab, which may not be updated if the filesystem is read-only.
