目的：
理解从12.1.0.2开始，当脑裂发生时，哪个节点会幸存下来？

细节：
在11.2或者之前更老的版本中，当脑裂发生时， the lowest number node 会幸存下来。随着 node weight的引入，这个规则在12.1.0.2中有了改变。
从12.1.0.2开始，在脑裂发生时，higher weight的node将会幸存下来。
