Because Google ban ips when to much student checkout source code with the same ip.
Then we must:
1.sign in https://android.googlesource.com/new-password with gmail acount
2.click something to allow and get some message like:
machine android.googlesource.com login git-<userName>.gmail.com password <password>
machine android-review.googlesource.com login git-<userName>.gmail.com password <password>
3.copy it into ~/.netrc if u'r in ubuntu or some else linux.
4.retry :
repo init -u https://android.googlesource.com/a/platform/manifest
