超出long本身长度的数据,无法直接用long来表示,如果强制把double转换为long,丢失数据就大了,
所以我们采用ULONGLONG或__int64来表示,下面给出两个例子,17位的double转换为16进制字符串,
仅供参考:

ULONGLONG ull = (ULONGLONG&)dd;
ull &= 0x1fffffffffffff;
