FIPS and County Code Lookup

There is a mapping EXCEL from here http://www.schooldata.com/pdfs/US_FIPS_Codes.xls

I found the content from here http://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/usps_crosswalk.html

I select “ZIP-COUNTY” and “2nd Quarter 2015” I download the EXCEL file with this format.
