Win7 Safari and Telnet Tool

1. Safari Repaire

When I try to start the Safari Browser on my win7 system, I got these error message:
safari error message
The program can't start because QTCF.dll missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Solution
reinstall the QuickTime

2. Use Telnet on win7
Certainly, we have this tool on win7. But win7 system disable it defaultly. What we need to do is to enable it.
[Control Panel] ------> [Programs and Features] ------> [Turn Windows features on or off]-------> [Telnet Client]
