表示从 n~i 位的子串仅操作j次后的操作方法，为什么要取从 n 到 i 位的子串呢，因为不难发现第 i 位的操作会影响1到 i 位的字符变动，但影响不到 i+1 位到 n 位的子串变动，而且第 i 位是0还是1 不仅取决于初始输入，还取决与 i +1 到 n 位的操作次数 h，h为偶数且 i 位初始为0时最后就是0，同理可推测其他状态。看到这是一个串问题，第i位是0时，可操作使得从第1到第i位的所有字符反转（0变1，1变0）问我们仅操作K次能有多少种操作方法。c[ i ][ j ] 表示组合数。
