总结:
(1)andriod仿真机不能控制wifi状态,因此需要拿真机来调试,配置过程参见真机调试博客(http://blog.youkuaiyun.com/luofeixiongsix/article/details/48058581)。
这里测试通过的是Samsung S4, andriod sdk 4.4
