一：下载所需文件：

选择：

选择：
MDK-ARM
MDK-ARM Version 5.35

点击链接，填写必要的信息，下载即可

二：阅读readme文件

1. Install Keil MDK from KeilMDK534.exe
2. Run Keil and copy from menu “File->License Management” Keil-ID of your computer
   from field “CID” (on first tab “Single-User License”)
3. Run “KeilMDK5Keygen.exe” and copy Keil-ID of your computer to field “CID”
4. Select Target “ARM”
5. Select edition of MDK “MDK Professional” (or whatever you need)
6. Generate key with “Generate” and copy it
7. In KeilMDK menu “File->License Management” copy key in field “New License ID Code”
   and apply it with “Add LIC”
   You can add several keys same way (steps 4-7) if you want
8. Work! 😃

三：按照文件执行操作

安装完毕后，以管理员方式运行：

使用下面的菜单，打开注册管理：

1：在Keil中，拷贝CID；

2：打开KeilMDK5Keygen.exe，填入；
3：选择ARM；
4：选择Professional

注：如果选择Prof.Developers(Plus)，生成的序列号则为plus版本。各版本区别如下：

所以，懂的人自然会懂！

5：点击Generate
6：拷贝序列号；

7：回到Keil，粘填入LIC框
8：点击Add LIC
（如果你启动Keil µVision 5没有以管理员权限运行，会提示失败，重新以管理员权限打开Keil µVision 5即可）
9：显现LIC Added Successfully则成功
