you would use .NET's Enterprise Services, which is the .NET wrapper to COM+. However, I will not be covering Enterprise Services in this book. If you need some information on transactional programming, I suggest Tim Ewald's excellent book, Transactional COM+ Programming, or his MSDN article, "COM+ Integration: How .NET Enterprise Services Can Help You Build Distributed Applications," found at msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/issues/01/10/complus/complus.asp.
