基础当然要打,美国这边的CS系的课上也不会给你讲作业编程的语法,和设计的细节。这些顶多是在习题课上面由助教来说说。
编程这东西不是网上各种Java视频C++视频那样一句一句教出来的。作为大学生,你要学会自己阅读手册,自己学会语法,自己去编程。
要不还上什么大学呢? 直接去北大青鸟不就好了。
就拿你举的技能树例子来说吧,你想加的那些都是法术技能,加完后就学会了新的技能,公司招人也是招那些看起来会某些”法术“的人,比如Django。
但是你以后就会发现,你初高中那点基础技能根本就不足以支撑你往后继续学习高深的”法术“,到那时你在后悔没在大学猛加基础技能点的话就晚了。
所以我觉得大学体制在这方面其实并不”病态“,只是大多数学生没有在一入学前好好研究技能树,没有意识到正确的“加点”策略而已。 所以,随着等级的上升(年龄),升级越来越困难,那些加错点的“废”人就越来越跟不上了。然后废人们往往就开始感慨,IT这行就是青春饭,他们还没意识到 自己其实从一开始就错了。
