Time-stamp is an critical part for any electronic document, especially for some special documents, like electronic medical record. In simple words, if you need to demonstrate when was a document established, you must provide its time-stamp. However, time-stamp technology is not a simple technology. Acquiring reliable time-stamp is always  a hot topic!

• First, the important thing is that choosing a time-stamp protocol which can provide reliable time-stamp for your documents. There are many different time-stamp protocols. For example, the Simple Time-stamp Protocol, the Linear Time-stamp Protocol and so on. Of course, if all of those existed protocols cannot satisfy your project, you can propose neval time-stamp protocol, like that I do!
• Second, to verify the choosing protocol's work is another important work to do.
