IE title changes to <afterHash> if the page has a url with '#' , and has flash/swf embedded in it

在IE下，如果页面中包含flash, 且page Url中有hash,则flash加载后，页面的title会变成hash部分，这个问题在所有版本的IE中都存在(目前最新为IE10)
