Leetcode190-Reverse Bits

原题

该题是要实现32位2进制数的反转,题目比较简单,一般的方法就是先转换成二进制,然后再倒序累加即可,C++里面bitset类,可以轻松的将int型转换为2进制,然后再累加即可,代码也就短短3、4行,比较easy啦。
