使用vmware安装64位操作系统时经常会提示

使用virtualbox安装64位操作系统时提示：（this kernel requires an x86-64 CPU ,but only detected an i686 CPU. Unable to boot - please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU）

遇到这个问题是bios中没有开启虚拟化，有些机器的bios里面可能没有这个选项。下面是开启方法：

开机按F2进入BIOS中选择Intel VirtualTechnology这一项，默认disabled，选择enabled就可以了
