Interest helps to survival, endeavor responsible for success, openness takes the starts.
1>permission to fail.
2>take the risk, even the calculated ones.
3>Open minded;....Embrace ambiguity; ...Avoiding immediate judgement.
4>....playfulness;会玩
写小论文很累,yes,all until the publishment.
4.
5. deferring judgement 避免过早下结论 ---> I have too much instant judgements!
6. 抓住每个小的idea,realize it,broaden it.
Why not, I take the leap, try it, and see what happens.
8. 创新模型 创新的定义中指明创新应当是 noble or new and task appropriate.
mini-C阶段:[Creative 4 u]当某人进行了某种深度的学习的时候,that's an act of creativity [for him/her]. It's the kind of self-awareness that this is new and meaningful to me.
little-C阶段:[Creative 4 Some of Other People]当某些人认为内容有创新的时候,进入到little-C阶段。
pro-C阶段:[Keep Developing the Product] you have that decision of whether to keep working at it, maybe working with people who are professionals and experts. And thatover time, over practice your work will reach that level of being an expert, of being professional. And to a degree this is the most that we can really realistically aspire for that's under our control. It is under our control how much we practice, how much we try.
Cultivating Creativity:giving them many opportunities to explore creativity and the Little-c level. And then helping them understand if there'sone particular interest or area of aspiration that they feel really inclined to pursue. How much it takes, what kind of work it takes to go from your interest and your expression of it at this level to actually become an accomplished professional creator. And so, that's where bringing in accomplished creators can serve as important models and that can really help cultivate that, that creative trajectory.
Domain Specific: yourlevel of C will vary by domain, by endeavor [努力], in that you may have somebody who's at the Pro-C level of teaching or of psychology research or of art. And when they try something else, hm, they may be mini-c, they may be Little-c. It is rare to have somebody at that polymath level who is Pro-C it in many different areas. It happens, of course, but it's rare. But,you'll have a lot of people who might have this whole spread of their Pro-C in this and their Little-c in these ten things, and their mini-c in the, these 40 things.
I started on page one, I'd had no idea how it was going to end. I come up with one question and then another question and then we answer that one.
4Ps: the creative person, the creative process, the creative product, and the creative press, otherwise known as the creative environment.
Person篇
1. It is a result of just being persistent and dogged and saying let's do this again. ... I think that you know, kind of implicating [暗示] myself as part of the problem, and try to [do something...do something...] ... the wisdom of navigating uncertain circumstances. ... it takes a lot of pressure off of me[这带给我很多很多的压力].
Creativity is amazing.
