原因应该是spring-boot-starter-data-jdbc导致装载方言错误。在pom.xml里下面包去掉

<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-data-jdbc</artifactId>
</dependency>

另外由于我是mybatis-plus，它自带HikariCP，所以HikariCP连接池也不用换。可以同mybatis-plus-boot-starter的版本比较，也没网上说的去掉spring-boot-starter-data-jdbc后出现mybatis-plus分不了页的问题
