Opening remarks
Hello,Every body,I‘m jerry,I’m handsome and I’m cool. It’s my great honor to speak to you today, The title of my speech is the meaning of sports!
Benefit for sports
Life lies in movement. That said by one of China’s great man! it can be seen that sports is very very importment for us, for every body, every each people!Next, I’ll talk about the benefits of exercise! First,Every day we sat all day,Every single day we sat eight to ten hours at least,That make us tired and produce pressure! But sports can reduce our pressure,it can be relax our eys and brain,make our brain smart,If you keep exercising every day You’ll get smarter,more and more smart!
Second ,the sports is very importmant for our health,for our body! Every day , my neck and my back is very very sore! I can’t stand it ! So I decided to find a way to save my neck and back! that is Sports,I paid 900 yuan for a gym card,Three times a week,jason and me went to the gym ,and we train hard!in the end my back and neck did not sore!
Third,t Exercise has significantly improved my sleep quality! Whenever I finish exercising, I fall asleep very quickly in the night! and int the next morning,I’ll full of energy! and in the meanwhile,that make our life colorful!
How to love sports
On the one hand, If you don’t sleep well, you’re less study efficiency, you have neck and back pain, then you can try to exercise, and I sure that those negative things will go away~! and you will love it! One the other hand,you need a hobby aoout any sport,like basketball,football,pingpang,swim,fitness and so on! Let me give you an example,When I was in primary school, I played pingpang every day!and that make my eyes very good and I’m not nearsighted at all!
