问题现象及解决方案
1、使用SELECT … INTO OUTFILE ，想把数据导出到txt文件中，报如下错误：
ERROR 1290 (HY000): The MySQL server is running with the --secure-file-priv option so it cannot execute this statement
2、在网上查找了原因是secure-file-priv 的路径约束问题，使用如下命令查看当前的配置路径：
