解决方法将开发环境的tomcat下的C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\.grails\1.3.5\projects\rtxtrans\plugins \axis2-0.7.0\lib中的addressing-1.41和rampart-1.4手工拷贝到运行环境的lib下

可能需要重新启动
