How many people are satisfied with their job?

I heard complain from the doctor when I went to the hospital this morning.

I admired the doctors especially they are working in Beijing in the past.

The big city makes the hospital and doctor short resource.

So the doctor is respected position.

I dreamed in becoming a doctor since I was a child.

Because the color weakness I have to give up my dream when the decision need to made.

But I never give up the admiration to a doctor.

I got to know they are not as easy as you think after overheard the complain.

So they complain about to the position then complain about the lead and hospital management.

I also knew of a doctor when I learned to drive.

He got the post doctoral degree before he found the job.

He said it is not easy to find a job even holding a doctoral degree especially woring in Beijing.

Now He need to shift work at night and even at weekend.

He also complains his work too busy to have his own time.

Maybe they are right, I do not know so much about the doctor position but I find they are really very busy.

They need time to learn to absorb the new knowledge from books.

They need time to do the experiments and publish the paper.

But they have no enough time to do that.

Also I have ever admired the people working for the bank or related to the financial area.

I want to major in the financial school after getting to know I can not choose the medical school as my major.

But as you know I also failed because the score is not enough to reach the line of financial area.

Last month I got a chance to contact the clerk in bank several times.

They also complain to me about their position and their lead.

They said their performance evaluation system is not reasonable.

As a after sales they need to remind the lender to give the money back timely.

When some bad account happened their performance becomes bad.

They also said their computer system often upgrade so that they have to spend much more time on learning.

They complain the salary is low but the work is too much.

Are you satisfied with you current job?

I am very satisfied with my job except the day when I get the last month sarary:)
