1.
It seems that...
看起来；似乎
句型后面通常接that引导的从句。要特别表示是自己的想法与推测时，可用"It seems to me that..."
It seems that Lydia can't join us at the party tonight.
It seems to me that Kenny won't agree with this idea.
此外，seem后面可直接接形容词或不定式。而形式主语it也可以换位明确的主语。
The offer seems disadvantageous to us.
这条件似乎对我们不利。
This apartment seems very expensive.
The product seems to sell well.
但要特别注意的是，若是形式主语引导的句子直接接形容词时，容易有语意不清的问题，所以最好只在会话
场合且主题明确时才这样使用。
It seems unreasonable.

...让人猜想是否...
这个句型可用来说明根据某件观察到的事件而做出的推测。If也可以用weather代替，weather后面可加or not。
Jessie's sneaky behavior makes me wonder if she's planning something for my birthday.==
Jessie's sneaky behavior make me wonder whether she's planning something for my
birthday (or not).
Mike has been absent for a few days,and it makes me wonder if he's sick.==

某人似乎、好像......
Sandy seems (to be) taller as I remembered.
Roger seemed to forget about our date.
这个句型也可以利用as if/as though/like来承接从句，表示"好像"的意思。
Maggie seems as if she has no interest in this topic.==
Maggie seems as though she has no interest in this topic.==
Maggie seems like she has no interest in this topic.
Paul seems(as if/as though/like he is) tired.
