Which parts a Developing Company can apply/support

Usually most internal IT company just develops projects or produces some new programes. Nothing drill down except projects codes item, i think.

Through my limittled working experence, almost of projects are fullfilled with algorithms and tools.

So this is what i wanna talk about, what can a company be precipitated throughout their own codes.

I think we can figure out them by four scales as below:

1.Algorithm

2.Protocol

3.Tool

4.Sotuion

re-developed the projects' code and making these out is a must.

It will spend some cost but it will saving more, i believe.
