 可以手动修改

 操作如下：

windows－>preferences->java->Editor->Code   Assist   中

auto－activetion中的Enable auto-activetion选项要勾选上

其中的三个的值可以自己设定，一般为默认值

最好把200毫秒时间 缩短一下,看个人需求

eclipse 的设置找到：window->Preferences->Java->Editor->Content Assist->Advanced   上面的选项卡Select the proposal kinds contained in the 'default' content assist list: 中把 Other Java Proposals 选项打上勾就可以了。
