When applying a SP, we always want to know the impact to existing functionality. As we know, related OSS notes tell us that, but how can we find out all OSS notes related to a SP?
1. Run t-code SPAM in the SAP system which has applied the SP to get SP Name like SAPKH47031.
2. Go to service.sap.com with following accessing path
When displaying any Notes and clicking on the SP link, we can get a tree organized NOTES list, Or use this link pattern directly:
