使用方法：
windows---->Preferences----> PropertiesEditor
在Encode at reading a file中选US--ASCII
这样在ApplicationResources.properties写中文,它会自动转换为ASCII;
例：在ApplicationResources.properties上点右键,open with选PropertiesEditor就可以在ApplicationResources.properties写中文了
