Merry Christmas! A New Version TabSiPlus Released

TabSiPlus在圣诞节前夕发布了新版本1304，该版本为0.99beta2，未添加新功能，但修复了两个严重影响用户体验的重大BUG，包括可能导致Source Insight异常挂起的问题。

TabSiPlus had released a new version on the evening before Christmas. The new version had no new feature added, but fixed two very serious BUGs. Several month ago, the old version TabSiPlus(Build 1209) had report a serious BUG which could hang up Source Insight host program abnormally. I fixed this BUG without delay, but for some reason, I'am not release it untill now. Another BUG can sometimes cause Source Insight "Project Window" disappeared, That's because the Tabbar not proper deal with the handle of rebar control on it.

So, the new version has released at just few minutes before Christmas. The new version build number is 1304, the base version is still 0.99 beta 2. I'm not using an official version 1.0 for it, because I don't want to released it as a software formally, I have no time to give support.
