本文解决了一个在Windows Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V服务器中创建并正常运行虚拟硬盘（VHD）文件后，共享该文件夹给用户后无法再对虚拟机进行快照操作的问题。通过移除拥有全权限的用户和系统，网络等用户的权限，问题得以解决。

　　Error: 'General access denied error' (0x80070005) system: win server 2008 r2 hyper-v server role vhd file created and well launched. after I share the folder of the vhd files to any user (my ID included) I can't give a snapshot to this VM anymore, and apply a snapshot. then I googled a lot of article about this issue. most mentioned IPMI intel driver as this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/969556 or this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2249906 so I tried a lot for this issue and at last I got it: the folder I never shared to anyone, and the VM in the vhd file is launched fine and snapshoted fine. and the permission of my ID to this right folder is show "special" but the folder I shared and unshared, the permission of my ID or "system" or "network" are "full control" , and additional user of " my ID" and "system" ,"network" , the permission are "special" Then I remove the users of permission "full control" and everything goes fine. Thanks to Microsoft KB and Google. although i know this not the final resolvtion of this bug, but i think you still can use your vhd file instead of reinstall your system in this way.
