本文记录了AmazonAPI两次故障情况：第一次发生在下午4:25到4:33期间，ElasticLoadBalancing控制API不可用；第二次从早上7:00到8:45，US-EAST-1区域内的AutoScaling组在启动EC2实例时出现延迟。目前这两个服务均已恢复正常。

5:15 PM PDT From 4:25PM PDT to 4:33PM PDT, the Elastic Load Balancing control API was unavailable. The APIs have recovered and the service is now operating normally. No running load balancers were affected.
9:27 AM PDT Between 7:00 AM PDT and 8:45 AM PDT, Auto Scaling groups experienced launch delays for EC2 instances in US-EAST-1. The service has recovered and is operating normally.
