为什么标题要写保证成功呢？因为我已经测试验证了，绝对好使！

原因是以前的方法(直接复制到plugin里，link安装)都不好用了，9.0不吃这一套，所以告诉大家这么做一定能够装上！！

此方法适用于所有版本的myeclipse9.0(M1或者官方下载版)

测试环境：

操作系统：Windows 7 X32

JDK ： JDK1.6_17_X64

1、下载最新的SVN包(我下的是1.0.6版)：

http://subclipse.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=2240

2、在你的磁盘上任意位置创建文件夹：“myplugins/svn”。名字可以任取，为了方便插件管理，建议名称为“myplugins”。

3、将解压的svn里的两个文件夹拷贝到“myplugins/svn”下。

4、复制下列java代码，修改路径并执行：
