4.属性选择器以方括号"[]"来表示
如：
<h2 title="myvalue">Hello world</h2>
CSS 中应用：
[title] { color:red; }
[title=myvalue] {color: red;}
JQuery中应用：
$("[title]") 表示选取所有带有title属性的元素
