NetBeans团队宣布发布NetBeans IDE 7.0 的第二个候选版本供下载。同时邀请大家参加4月12日由NetBeans工程经理John Jullion-Ceccarelli主持的关于NetBeans IDE 7.0的现场直播活动，并参与社区接受度调查。

The NetBeans Team is pleased to announce that the second release candidate build of NetBeans IDE 7.0 is available for download.
