我知道的BT网址都在文件里了
方法：
直接在URL上选择导入即可

建立拒绝规则或者在允许上网的规则里---到---的例外里面也可以。

不过还得在允许的规则里http策略里添加扩展名.torrent和签名bitspirit--请求头--http头（User-Agent:）--签名（BiTorrent/BitSpirit）就可以了。
