What should I do.

This year have passed seven months, It looks Spring festival will coming up. But, in this year I don't have motivation to work my job more than 4 month. In my last job, I also don't have enough work to do, so that I thought whether should quit my job get more development and good study. Perhapes, it was one of  my reqson of resign. Actually, I don't like do something with no goals. I want to know that if i do this successfully what I can get from here.
