成功的顺序？

see this lady who is totally drenced?
she earns 50k amonth.Everyday she goes around visiting clients and  making sales.most of you will say that if you are paid 50k a month you will do the same.

Don't make the mistake of getting the sequence of success wrong. You don't get 50k,then you work hard.you work hard,then you have a shot at 50k.Those who earns more,are always labouring.Those who earns less,are always complaining.

How many times hava I seen people who tells me that they would work harder if they are paid more,only to see little  improvement even afer a raise. and for those who worked hard,pay was never a motivator.

And then the rewards follows when the results are evident.

不要犯错误，把成功的顺序搞错了。你没有得到5万，然后你努力工作。你努力学习，然后你就有机会跑5万米。挣得多的人总是在劳动。挣得少的人总是抱怨。

有多少次，我看到有人告诉我，如果他们得到更多的报酬，他们就会更加努力地工作，结果却发现即使是加薪，他们的工作也几乎没有改善。对于那些努力工作的人来说，工资从来就不是一个激励因素。

当结果很明显时，奖励随之而来。
