use it to view specification of HD4650( OPENGL driver version and support what version of opengl).
So we know,HD4650 support opengl3.3, and driver need 6.14.10.8796 or above

in C:\Windows\System32, there is opengl32.dll.
But I don't know what opengl dirver version(for example 6.14.11.8042 support opnegl4.2),and support what opengl ( 1.1, or 3.3)
