本文介绍了当Delphi因非法关机导致无法正常启动时的解决方法。主要原因是C:Users用户名称.borland egistry.slm文件损坏，解决办法是删除此文件。

用的好好的Delphi非法关机后，重启后弹出这个窗口：

Borland license information was found, but it is not valid for Delphi.
You can not run Delphi without this information.

Click the 'Exit' button to exit Delphi.

百度后：

原因：C:\Documents and Settings\用户名称\.borland\registry.slm
中的registry.slm文件被破坏。

在Windows8的目录对应为：C:\Users\用户名称\.borland\registry.slm


解决办法：删除该文件。
