springMVC时报错：HTTP Status 500 - Servlet.init() for servlet DispatcherServlet threw exception

本文讲述了在使用SpringMVC框架时遇到的一个配置问题，即在配置`mvc:view-controller`标签映射根路径到`index.html`时，由于导入了错误的名称空间导致报错。通过修正名称空间从`tool`更改为`mvc`，并启用`mvc:annotation-driven`来解决这个问题，最终成功访问到了`index.html`页面。

在使用springMVC框架时企图使用mvc:view-controller标签设置"/"的映射到index,html的页面：

但mvc:view-controller标签标红报错：

启动服务器后出现错误页面：
HTTP Status 500 - Servlet.init() for servlet DispatcherServlet threw exception

进行错误排查，发现导入名称空间出现错误：

不应该是tool，而应该是mvc！！！
修改后：

成功访问index.html页面！
