我"个人"比较喜欢 Xamarin.Forms 这种技术, 原因:

3. 代码跨平台, 同时支持 Android 和 IOS.
4. 有微软这样的大公司支持, 虽然微软经常管挖坑不填坑, 但相比另一个跨平台的Delphi, 无论从社区和生态都好很多.

IDE:
Xamarin.Forms 是一个基于 Xaml 和 C# 之上的跨平台UI工具包, 官方推荐的IDE是 Visual Studio, 在 Visual Studio 2017/2019的社区版/专业版/企业版都已经支持.
