运行项目的时候遇到一个弹窗，提示你已经安装了这个项目，是否删掉已经安装的appliction?


Installation failed with message Failed to finalize session : INSTALL_FAILED_INVALID_APK: Split lib_dependencies_apk was defined multiple times.
 
It is possible that this issue is resolved by uninstalling an existing version of the apk if it is present, and then re-installing.
 
WARNING: Uninstalling will remove the application data!
 
Do you want to uninstall the existing application?

无论你怎么点，运行起来还是这样。

解决方法：

删掉.idea文件，重新生成，clean下。

记录下免得自己忘了，毕竟经常996,谁知道什么时候脑子就不思考了一直在那里试呢……
