sonarqube报错：You‘re not authorized to analyze this proiect or the proiect doesn‘t exist on sonarqube

解决办法：

在sonarqube里，把token生成了一个type为global的（原来用的是type为project的），然后在jenkins里改用这个新token，然后就神奇的好了

原来虽然type是project的，可是确实是指定的我要扫描的这一个项目，不应该有问题，虽然解决了，但是不知道为什么之前的配置不行，按理说应该是可以的
