在Windows Terminal中使用git bash进行OWT Native Client构建时，遇到gclient sync问题，即使尝试在powershell中设置环境变量并同步代码，但在bash中使用export命令后，依然遭遇连接错误。
- x现在用了windows terminal 了，里面也可以启动git bash ，也能启动poweshell
