对比JPEG2000的3个实现OpenJPEG、Kakadu、Cqj2K的压缩性能与时间性能
Just ran a quick test for comparing PSNR performance between openjpeg, kakadu, and cqj2k, after discovering that the ImageMagick JPEG 2000 decoder gave wrong results. This time I used the "compare" utility with origin 12 bit ppm file (tiff file also) and decoded 12 bit tif files.
The PSNR and timing results are given in the figure below (the higher the better for the PSNR, the opposite is true for the timings).


Well, you can see that it is not all this bad! Cqj is squashed between kakadu, on the top, and openjpeg, on the bottom.
The versions used are cqj2k 0.2.1, openjpeg 1.4.0, and kakadu 6.3.1, all for the windows 32 bit environment.

本文通过对比OpenJPEG、Kakadu与Cqj2K三种JPEG2000实现方式,在12位PPM文件上的压缩性能与时间性能表现。测试结果显示,Kakadu的性能最佳,Cqj2K次之,而OpenJPEG则排名第三。
