本次研讨会要求所有录用论文的作者参会或提前提交PPT/Poster。录用论文将在多个国际期刊上发表，涉及Information、Computers and Electrical Engineering等SCI/EI索引期刊。

论文出版：
原则上，要求所有录用论文的作者参加本次研讨会；如果因故不能参加，必须在会议日期之前邮件提交PPT或者Poster，由大会主办方代为宣读或张贴。研讨会不出版会议论文集，录用的论文全部在国际期刊（SCI/EI）正刊出版（2011年～2012年全部出版），出版本次研讨会论文的期刊如下：
